The Pencil is Mightier Than the Keyboard
The pencil is mightier than the keyboard, at least in helping me organize my thoughts.
I'm feeling all sorts of scattered and frustrated at work, and suddenly find that the only way to navigate the hazards is to get my thoughts on paper. Am I a cultural throwback or is productivity technology too rigid for expressing wandering mental processes? Perhaps it is just comforting to have something that can be physically crumpled and tossed when I'm done with it. Anyway, it will all go into the word processor eventually.
