Caulking

I am becoming quite handy with a caulk gun, which is amazing when you consider what a klutz I am.

In the process of doing a few crack repairs on the walls and a bit of painting, I've come to realize that here in Overpriced Shoddy Construction Acres most of the door frames are not sealed along the top. This means that the cold air from outside has been leaking in every winter since the place was built. Why the previous owner never noticed? I have no clue except perhaps it isn't something you'd look for or notice unless you were getting ready to paint, as I am.

And now that I have run a bead of caulk along the tops of the doors, Voila! Suddenly the drafts have greatly lessened and I'm not cold all the time.

And, on a completely different subject, while cleaning out my work e-mails of the various foul spams, there are adverts for soft tabs for Cialis. Doesn't there seem to be a certain irony in this?
