No Condo, Sigh.

Still no word on the condo on which I made an offer, but the female half of my real estate agent team has very gently suggested we start looking elsewhere. She's right, of course, but I'm deeply disappointed a) to not have gotten the property and b) that the owner couldn't make up her mind in a timely fashion. I can't imagine that the offers were all that close. Ah well, the lovely fantasy of a swift end to the search process is done, and homelessness awaits. ;-)
