Decisions, decisons

Is there anything more boring than reading legal documents you really don't understand? Ye gods. I'm desperately trying to figure out if I should bag the deal on the new condo or not. How can I tell if they financial statements are legit? Do the rules for governing the condo tell me if people are getting along or if its Clash of the Personalities over there?

Oh well, time for the Act of Faith, and just accepting the damned things, scheduling settlement and telling the movers to show up.

I suppose I'd have more doubts if -- in additon to Mr. Noisy next door and the baby upstairs crying much of the time -- the woman upstairs hadn't recently resumed having sex after her pregnancy. I'd forgotten what it was like to wake up on Sunday morning to the rhythmic thump-a-thump from upstairs. At least I'm moving to the top floor and the bedroom doesn't abut any other units. Now if I could just find someone to have sex with to torture my new downstairs neighbor, there'd be a certain symmetry to the situation.
