Home Again, Home Again, Jiggedy Jig

Not a bad day up in Pennsylvania.

Mom is doing ok; not great, but ok. She's finished the latest round of radiation therapy and will have another scan in a week or so. We'll know more then. Not surprisingly, her burst of energy towards moving to a retirement home has faded. Now she's talking about waiting until May when she's been in her current home two years before selling. I think now she will never leave except for the hospital. But perhaps the gods will be kind and I'll be wrong. I'd like that.

A small burst of synchronicity today; I was driving over the Mason-Dixon line while listening to a new CD which at that moment referenced the Maxon-Dixon line. Mildly startling, it was.

BTW, I'm not overfond of country music, but is was the new Kane live in London recording. Damn, that boy can sing.

And one of the local home town Dairy Queens has shut down. In its place? A funeral parlor. Now that warps my mind.

Must attend to attention starved, jealous felines.
